NEW FINAL FORMS ONLINE REGISTRATION
Aug 20, 2020 9:12 AM
We are very excited to announce that the Tacoma Public Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
This is the registration process for ALL ATHLETES, regardless of Running Start , Homeschool or Private School enrollment. However, you will need to complete the relevant Running Start, Homeschool and/or Private School forms within FinalForms online registration.
SAMI/SOTA/IDEA Students, you need to contact the Mt. Tahoma AD, Rhonda Stinson, prior to online registration.
In order to register you must confirm your account using the link provided in the FinalForms email. If you did not receive an email from FinalForms or the link has expired, please contact the Mt. Tahoma Athletic Director at RStinso@Tacoma.K12.WA.US
