A reminder for all incoming freshmen. Please bring a copy of your current physical when you come in to register for fall sports. We must have a copy of the physical for your file and the physicals are not forwarded to our office from the middle schools. The physicals are good for 13 months.
|FINAL FORMS ATHLETIC REGISTRATION|
|Nov 25, 2019 12:41 PM|
All students must register first through Final Forms before being cleared for sports.
Find the link with information here: https://www.tacomaschools.org/student-life/Pages/HS-Athletics.aspx
Parents will need to confirm their account for the first time. They will need to search their email for a Final Forms confirmation email. If it is not there, check with the Athletic Office to make sure the email is correct then the office can resend the confirmation email.

They will then go to their Outlook email to search for their Final Forms confirmation email. If the email is not found, the athletic office can resend a link to confirm the account.
There is a "Forgot My Password" feature on the Final Forms log in page that will send an emial to reset their password for both parents and students.
Please read the attachments for any further details.

Any student who attends a TPS innovative/alternative school (Oakland, SAMI, SOTA, IDEA), private school without athletics or are homeschooled (all non-Wilson students must live in the Wilson attendance area), must contact the athletic office in order to register on Final Forms. For the TPS innovative/alternative students, the parent or student must contact the athletic office to be entered on Final Forms. Any private school or home schooled students (who live in the Wilson attendance area) must contact the athletic office first since there are several steps that must be completed prior to registering on Final Forms.

Just a reminder that admission is charged for ALL Pierce County League contests (including JV and C team contests) starting after 5 PM. Starting in the fall of 2019, there will be a couple of changes in the admission prices:
Season passes are available for purchase at the cashier's office for $75. They are good for any contests that charge admission (football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, water polo). They are only good at any Tacoma School District school or facility (Stadium and Lincoln Bowls, Mt Tahoma Stadium).

The Wilson athletic pass is a money saving opportunity that will benefit the Wilson athletic program. The athletic pass allows you free admission to all TSD athletic events (football, volleyball, soccer, basketball and wrestling). It is good at all TSD schools anf facilities. It is not valid at schools or facilities outside of Tacoma (Bonney Lake HS, Lakes HS, Bethel HS, Spanaway Lake HS, Sunset Chev Stadium, Harry Lang Stadium and Art Crate Field) nor is it good for postseason (playoff) events.
Please consider purchasing an athletic pass. All proceeds goes to the Wilson athletic budget which helps support our programs and is a worthwhile investment.
Stop by the Wilson cashier's office or any Wilson home contest to purchase an athletic pass through the month of December. We will be happy to help you!
